From the certified copy of order passed below Exhibit 8 by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nashik Road in Regular Criminal Case No.94 of 2023, it appears that the applicants have been released on bail by the Magistrate on furnishing personal bond of Rs.7,500/- each by order dated 7 June 2023. 2.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present anticipatory bail application. The anticipatory bail application accordingly stands disposed of.
