CORAM : R.M. SAVANT, J.

DATE : 4th AUGUST 2016 P.C.

The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 36 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons therefor are mentioned in paragraph 6 of the Civil Application. An affidavit in reply has been filed on behalf of the Respondents and the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application are questioned. In my view, having regard to the fact that there is a delay of only 36 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons mentioned in paragraph 6 can be said to be the plausible reasons for the said delay. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 36 days in filing the above First Appeal stands condoned. The Civil Application is disposed of.
