Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant. Issue notice to the respondents. The learned counsel waive notice for respondent No.1- original claimant.

The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation along with the interest accrued thereon in terms of award dated 13th December, 2019 passed by learned Member, MACT, Nashik.

If the amount of compensation is not deposited within aforesaid period, the stay shall stands vacated without further reference to the Court.
