By the impugned order, the Tribunal has directed the Respondents / present Petitioners to consider case of the Applicant for being posted at Shashikala T. B. Sanatorium or Primary Health Centre at Jaisingpur, Taluka Shirol, District Kolhapur. It appears that instead of taking a decision in one way or the other, against the direction given by the Tribunal, Petitioners have filed this writ petition. In our view, no interference in the impugned order is called for by this Court while exercising our jurisdiction under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India. The Respondents are at liberty to take decision on merits and in accordance with law. With this direction, writ petition is disposed of.
