P.C.:- The Order under challenge is passed under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The Petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. Without availing the said substantive alternate remedy, the present Petition is filed. Facing with the said difficulty, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a Revision Application before the concerned Authority.

Leave and liberty granted.
