This is an application filed by the applicants / original claimants for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the insurance company in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Solapur. It is submitted that at present, there are two accounts wherein an amount of Rs.930,437/- each is deposited in each of the two accounts in the name of applicant No.2 Amol, the son and applicant No.3, Aparna, the daughter. It is submitted that the applicant No.3 is a national level sportswoman and she needs money to develop her game as also for her education.

Perused the earlier order dated 8.1.2015 passed by this Court, allowing the applicants to withdraw Rs.4,10,000/-. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the applicants are allowed to withdraw 1 / 2

caf.249.2016_40.doc Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) from any of the accounts, subject to furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Solapur.
