This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail. The previous application was rejected by this Court by order dated 9th December, 2020 with liberty to apply for hearing after the paper book is ready. Hearing of appeal was expedited. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in custody for a period of about 5 years. The paper book is ready. In the event the appeal is listed for hearing, the applicant would not press this the application for suspension of sentence.
