The learned counsel appearing for the parties statement that the parties have settled the matter in accordance with law and, therefore, they are placing on record consent terms dated 6.2.2015, which is taken on record and marked "X". The consent terms are signed by the Petitioner and Respondent No.1. No relief is sought against the other Respondents as they are officers of the Department.

7-wp-900-2010.sxw There is no issue with regard to the signature as well as authorization. The statement is made that the conditions mentioned in the consent terms are within the frame work of law and the record and no third party will be affected by this.

Therefore, by keeping all points open, the present writ petition is disposed of in view of consent terms dated 6.2.2015. In view of disposal of writ petition, Civil Application No.517/2014 does not survive and disposed of accordingly. Rule is disposed of accordingly.

No costs.
