By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner - plaintiff is challenging the order dated 3rd December 2013 passed by Civil Judge, Jr. Division, Malvan below Exhibit-278, 279 and 280 in Regular Civil Suit No.130 of 2000 rejecting their application for setting aside the abetment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, Regular Civil Suit No.130 of 2000 is finally decided.

In view of subsequent developments, nothing survives in the present petition.

Same is dismissed as infructuous.
