This is an application seeking extension of time to furnish surety before Trial Court and condonation of delay in furnishing surety.

The appeal challenging judgment of conviction preferred by applicant has been admitted. The sentence of imprisonment was suspended by order dated 3rd May 2019 with direction that applicant is released on bail on the same bail amount and same surety. 3.

Learned counsel for applicant submitted that Police Constable MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.03.19 11:47:38 +0530 attached to Mankhurd Police Station has visited the residence of applicant and informed him that he has not furnished surety. Thereafter applicant had visited Trial Court wherein he was informed that applicant may seek directions from High Court, where appeal is pending, granting time to furnish surety.

Considering the submissions of learned advocate for applicant. The applicant is permitted to furnish surety before Trial Court in accordance with order dated 3rd May 2019 within a period of two weeks. The Interim Application stands disposed of.
