Heard Ms. Sumita M. Poddar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. 2.

By this petition, petitioner is challenging the Chapter Cases, initiated by issuing of Notice dated 14.12.2014 under Section 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned APP submits that subsequent to this notice, no action is taken by the competent authority. Even otherwise, in view of provisions under section 116(6) of Code of Criminal Procedure, chapter proceeding stand terminated after expiry six months. 4.
