The applicants have preferred application for anticipatory bail before District Judge-IV and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in connection with CR No.16 of 2021 registered with Nerul Police Station. Apprehending arrest the applicants have preferred aforesaid application on 16th January 2021. The application was adjourned to 19th January 2021. The roznama annexed to the application indicates that notice was issued to the opponents for say/hearing. Subsequently the application was adjourned to 2nd February 2021. 2.

It is contended that although the application was adjourned from time to time, there is no interim protection. The applicants are apprehending arrest at any point of time. The roznama mentions that next date of hearing is 2nd February 2021 i.e. tomorrow. In the circumstances it would be appropriate that the District Judge-IV and Additional Sessions Judge, Thane would decide the main application Manish S.
