Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant has satisfied the award. The balance amount of Rs.54,66,675/- is deposited by Applicant before this Court. Hence, it be refunded to the Applicant along with accrued interest thereon. 3.

Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that Respondents have received entire award amount along with accrued interest thereon. Hence, she has no objection to allow the Application. 4.
