Since the substantial cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of the Aurangabad Bench of this Court, since the sugar factory in question is situated in Parbhani District and since the discrepancy in respect of the spirit and molasses was found in the sugar factory, the Petitioner would have to withdraw the above Petition from the principal seat and file the same before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to present the same before the Aurangabad Bench of this Court.
