The applicant had earlier approached this Court vide Criminal Bail Application (Stamp) No.5657/2020. That application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.2.2021. It is a reasoned order. There is no change in the circumstances on merits of the case. However, learned counsel for the applicant states that so far only two witnesses i.e. the victim and her mother are examined and by PRADIPKUMAR PRAKASHRAO DESHMANE Date:

Since I had already rejected earlier bail application on merits and since I do not find any change in Deshmane(PS)

However, since the trial has already commenced and it has already been made time bound, it is expected that the trial Judge takes earlier order seriously and takes serious steps for substantial progress of the trial and concludes the trial as early as possible. With these observations, the application is disposed of.
