The only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the Respondent-Zilla Parishad to decide the proposal of the petitioner for transfer, in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 29th September, 2011, from the Scheduled Tribe Category within a time frame.

Since, the prayer of the petitioner is innocuous and since similar prayers were considered and granted by this Court in Writ Petition No. 3359 of 2014, we intend to grant the prayer made by the petitioner.

Chittewan 18.wp.1181-15 Hence, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2-Zilla Parishad to consider and decide the proposal of the petitioner in terms of the Government Resolution dated 29th September, 2011 from the Schedule Tribe Category, as early as possible and positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
