The learned AGP has tendered across the bar a letter dated 24th September 2018 addressed to him by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Karjat. The letter records that Revision Application No.3 of 2017 will be decided within a period of one month. We accept the said statement.

It is obvious that if issue of jurisdiction of the SubDivisional Officer to entertain Revision Application is raised, the same will have to be dealt with and decided by the Sub-Divisional Officer.
