1] Heard learned counsel for the parties. After advancing arguments at length, learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that the impugned order dated 8th February, 2019 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, has alternative remedy by way of Revision under Section 256 of the Cr.P.C.. Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file revision application.. Accordingly, Writ Petition No.951 of 2019 stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file revision 1/2

If application for condonation of delay is filed Revisional authority shall do well to condone the delay, in view of the fact that the Petitioner has sought for intervention of this Court in the present Writ Petition. We further direct that since interim order of no coercive action has been passed by this Court on 24th January, 2019 (Coram : R.M.Borde & V.L. Achliya, JJ) the same order shall remain in force till decision of the revisional authority. It shall be open for the Revisional Authority to exercise jurisdiction in accordance with law.
