The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 21/11/2019 whereby the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Andheri, Mumbai has dismissed the application seeking to direct the Respondent to produce documents listed at Sr.Nos.1 to 29 of the application. 2.
The Petitioner has filed D.V. proceedings against the Respondents who are stated to be her mother-in-law (R.No.7) and brothers-in-law (Respondent Nos.1 to 3, 5, 8 to 10) respectively. She had called upon these Respondents to produce various documents pertaining to her late husband without specifying that these Respondents are in possession of the said documents. Learned Judge has held that the Respondents have denied that they are in possession of the documents. 1/2

Under the circumstances, the order of rejection of application is neither arbitrary nor illegal. Petition has no merits and is accordingly dismissed.
