Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the Respondent appearing in person. The following order is passed by consent : (i) The Divorce Petition No.PA 1267 of 2016 filed by the Respondent before the Family Court at Pune, is transferred to the Family Court at Mumbai, and clubbed along with the Custody Petition No.45 of 2015 and Maintenance Petition No.184 of 2014.

(ii)Hearing of all the above three Petitions is expedited. (ii)The learned Judge shall endeavour to dispose off all the three Petitions and pronounce his/her orders within a period of six months from the date of this order.

(iii)The learned Judge shall not grant adjournments to either sides unless ssp 1/2

mca 49 of 2017 (920).sxw absolutely necessary.

(iv)Both the parties undertake to proceed with the hearings on the adjourned dates and not to seek adjournments unless absolutely necessary. (v) All contentions of the parties are kept open. (vi)The above Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. ) ssp 2/2
