Heard the learned counsel.

Perused the order passed by the Tribunal. It is purely an interlocutory order. The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the list of candidates passed in the written examination has been published. These candidates will be called for viva/ interview. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that no further appointment shall be made till the decision of the application before the Tribunal.

The Tribunal had clarified that any action taken pursuant to the advertisement dated 18th September, 2014 shall be subject to the result of the Original Application. We are, therefore, not inclined to interfere in the matter. All issues on merits are kept open. The
