At the relevant time, the petitioner wanted a treatment for Hernia and requested for the said treatment in the jail hospital. 2.

In all probability, the grievance of the petitioner might have been taken care of by the concerned respondent / jail authority. In case the said grievance still subsists, we direct the concerned authority to give proper treatment to the petitioner by admitting him in the hospital, if necessary in a good government hospital, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within three months from today.

The other grievances raised in the petition can also be taken care of by the concerned authority within the aforesaid period. 4.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
