This petition is filed only with one prayer i.e. issue directions to the learned Additional District Judge, Kalyan to decide the civil appeal. The said petition is entirely misconceived and cannot be entertained.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he will make appropriate representation to the learned District Judge. If such application is made, the learned District Judge will consider the same as per the workload and urgency of the matter. It will be within the discretion of the learned District Judge to grant the application for early hearing or not.
