These applications seek to challenge the common order dated 5th December, 2015 passed by the Sessions Court on the Miscellaneous Applications filed in the applicant's application for anticipatory bail. The applications have been signed and verified not by the applicant but by her advocate. Such applications for any relief to the applicant cannot be maintainable and are liable to be dismissed on this ground alone.

As regards the merits of the matter, the Miscellaneous Applications which have been dismissed by the impugned order were for the relief of extension of time for the

ssk 2/2 APL 89/16 to 92/16-28/2/17 applicant to come back to India. She was granted time of one month to go abroad. She has misused that liberty for more than a year. Mr. Chanderpal, the learned advocate for the applicant states that he has made several attempts to contact the applicant. But his attempts have failed. Consequently today he has no instructions. Since the applicant has already abused the permission given to her to travel abroad there can be no question of allowing the present applications. Therefore the applications are dismissed.
