(i) Bail Application No. 248 of 2019 is allowed.

(ii) The Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 356 of 2017 registered with Mahim Police Station on his furnishing the P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

osk 905-ba-248-2019.odt (iii) The Applicant shall report to the concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 am to 01.00 pm till further order.

(iv) The Applicant is permitted to furnish the cash security of Rs.25,000/- for the period of six weeks.
