P.C.:- By the present Application, the Applicants are seeking restoration of Criminal Application No.84 of 2020, which was dismissed for non supply of spare copies in the Registry, within stipulated period mentioned therein by a self-operative Order dated 11th December, 2020. Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that, due to the reasons beyond his control, he could not provide spare copies of the Criminal Application No.84 of 2020 within the stipulated period in the Registry of this Court. He further submitted that, the present Application is filed within a period of limitation.
