Affidavit-in-reply has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Perused the same. In view of what has been stated by the petitioner in Para 1 of the writ petition, they have sought a direction from this Court to respondent No.1 to decide finally pending proposals of the petitioners submitted in the year 201314 in respect of Financial Assistance to the Petitioners Cooperatives under the Scheme being implemented by the National agp 1/2

7-WP-1254-2019.doc Co-operative Development Corporation within prescribed period in time bound manner. Unfortunately, the affidavit filed by Respondent Nos.1 and 2 does not indicate anything regarding the status of the application filed by the petitioners co-operative society.

Therefore, we are of the considered view that no fruitful purpose will be served by affording any response thereto and accordingly we disposed of the writ petition directing Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the proposals of the petitioners cooperative society at the earliest by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners society, if required and pass final orders thereon within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
