By this civil application, the applicants seek deletion of name of respondent nos. 4.1 and 7.1.1 on the ground that their heirs and legal representatives are already on record as respondent nos. 4.2 and 4.3. Statement is accepted. Since the legal heirs of the respondent nos. 4.1 and 7.1.1 are already on record, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy of the appeal memo shall be served upon the respondent within one week thereafter. No order as to costs.
