Heard learned Counsel for applicant-Insurance Company and learned Counsel for respondents-original claimants. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant-Insurance company submits that the Insurance Company has already deposited entire decretal amount before the concerned Trial Court pursuant to the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen Compensation, Thane in Application (WCA) 456/C-90/2012.

In such circumstances, the respondents-original claimants are at liberty to move application for withdrawal of the compensation amount before this Court.
