This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad. The applicant intends to travel at several places, such as, Dubai, Maldives, France, Mauritius, Austria, USA, Europe and USA, turkey, Europe, New York, Mayer Clinic Austria London, France, Churcheval Sking, London UK and Africa, London UK, Mayer Clinic UK and London UK, Paris, France during the period from February-2021 and February-2022.

On several occasions such relief was granted to the applicant which is apparent from the orders annexed to this application. The applicant had availed of the facility and returned to India from time to time. The passport which was handed over to the applicant when she went abroad, is returned to Investigating Officer after permitted period was over. Presently the passport is with Investigating Officer. Considering the fact that on several occasions such permission was granted to the applicant, there is no impediment in granting relief prayed in this application. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of; (ii) The applicant is permitted to travel to Dubai, Maldives, France, Europe, Mauritius, Mayer Clinic Austria, USA, Turkey, New York, Courcheval Sking, London UK, Africa from February-2021 to February-2022;

(iii) The Investigating Officer shall hand over passport to the applicant immediately;

(iv) The applicant shall furnish details of her travel to the Investigating Officer as and when she would travel abroad; (v) The passport be returned to the Investigating Officer by 22nd February 2022.
