This is an application by the applicant under section 340 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against respondent Nos.1 to 3.

20-APPP-80-2018.doc application bearing No.688 of 2015 moved by one Mandar Ratnakar Chogle, who is respondent No.1 in the instant application, seeking quashing of the F.I.R registered vide C.R. No.56 of 2014 with the Economic Offences Wing, Unit - III, Crime Branch, Mumbai for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code was allowed and the F.I.R came to be quashed. The said order is taken on record.
