On 19 October 2023, the following order was passed: "The Petitioner is dismissed from service on 19 October 2012. The Petition is pending since 2015. When it is called out, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner for adjournment. It appears that copy of the Original Application on which the impugned order is passed is not annexed to the Petition. Leave to amend to place the Original Application on record is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

2. If copy of the Original Application is not placed on record within stipulated period, the Petition will stand dismissed for non-prosecution".

Registry has endorsed that amendment is not carried out. The order dated 19 October 2023 is a self operative order. No further orders are required.
