Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By these applications, the Applicant seek modification of the condition imposed by this Court (Coram:Mrs.Mridula Bhatkar,J.), in clause (ii) of the Order dated 11th June, 2014, passed in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.708 and 709 of 2014. The condition of

2/3 which modification is sought reads as under :- ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Friday and Monday between 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet". 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is working on contractual basis as a mechanic and is required to travel for the said purpose to various ports. She submitted that the applicant has been regularly attending the concerned police station from 11th June, 2014, on every Friday and Monday, as directed by this Court vide order dated 11th June, 2014. She submitted that till date charge-sheet has not been filed in the present case.

Considering the nature of the applicant's job and the fact, that the applicant has been attending the concerned police station from 11th June, 2014, till date and that till date charge-sheet in the said case has not been filed, the applications are allowed and the order dated 11th June, 2014, is modified to the extent, that 'the applicant shall now attend the concerned police station once a month, either on the first or second Saturday, till the filing of the charge-sheet'. The rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 11th June, 2014 , shall remain the same.

Both the applications are allowed to the extent aforesaid and are accordingly disposed of.
