This is an application for anticipatory bail. On perusal of the order dated 19th January 2019, it appears that the application of the applicant is kept pending but no interim relief is granted to the present applicant. The sessions court has kept the application for arguments on 2nd February 2019. It is submitted that the applicant is an Advocate and without interim protection, there is every likelihood of he being arrested. The application for anticipatory bail was heard by the sessions court on 19th January 2019 and the same is adjourned to 2nd February 2019. Since, there is no interim

YBG 917-aba-210-19 protection, in the interest of justice, the applicant will have to be heard by the sessions court at earlier point of time. 2] In these circumstances, the sessions court is directed to prepone the date of hearing of application of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail and decide the same finally on 28th January 2019 in accordance with law.
