The Learned Counsel Mr. Rajesh N. Kachare after arguing for sometime seeks withdrawal of the above Petition with liberty to file an appropriate application before the Trial Court i.e. Court of the Learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Karad, in respect of order dated 08.12.2014. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If any such application is filed in respect of the said order, the Learned Judge would consider it on its own merits and in accordance with law and expeditiously.
