The applicant was directed to be released on bail by order dated 29th October 2018 on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security for a period of four weeks. Subsequently by order dated 10th December 2018 the facility of cash security was extended by a period of six weeks. It is submitted that the applicant had filed sureties before the concerned Court. Except verification report of Saki Naka Police Station, all the required documents were submitted on time and the surety procedure is pending on account of non-submission of verification report by Saki Naka Police Station. Last verification report was submitted on 18th January 2019. In the circumstances it is prayed that facility of cash security may be extended by four weeks.

Considering the circumstances, prayer made in this application can be granted. The facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 29th October 2018 is further extended by a further period of four weeks. Criminal Application No.101 of 2019 is disposed off.
