P.C.:- The Applicant-frst informant has fled the application under Section 439 (2) of the Cr.P.C. for cancellation of bail. By order dated 29/12/2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi in Sessions Case No.1321 of 2016, Respondent No.2 was granted bail in respect of Crime No.561 of 2016 registered at Oshiwara Police Station for ofences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) and 420 of the IPC. 2.

Learned APP states that during the pendency of this application, the Applicant as well as Respondent No.2-accused had fled a writ petition for quashing of the FIR with consent. He states that by order dated 29/07/2019 passed in Writ Petition No.223 of 2017 this Court has quashed the said FIR. He has placed on record copy of the 1/2
