By this application, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the sum of Rs.11 lakhs, deposited by the Respondent No.2 in this Court, pursuant to the order dated 7th December, 2016, passed by this

2/3 Court (Coram : N.W.Sambre,J.) in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 239 of 2016.

Both, the learned counsel for the applicant and respondent no.2 state that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have entered into consent terms, pursuant to which, the learned Judge, Family Court No.2, Bandra, Mumbai, was pleased to pass a Decree of dissolution of marriage, under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. 4.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 states that the Respondent No.2 has no objection, if the said amount of Rs.11 lakhs along with the interest accrued thereon, if any, is withdrawn by the applicant in her maiden name Nisha Bipinchandra Pancholi.

Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.11 lakhs along with the interest accrued thereon, if any, in her maiden name - Nisha Bipinchandra Pancholi.
