Leave is granted. First Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. Court fees as permissible under the rules, be refunded. Statutory deposit be transferred to MACT, Malegaon with liberty to withdraw. Compensation deposited by the Appellant - Insurance Company before the Claims Tribunal be paid to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2/Original Claimants with interest accrued thereon as per Clause (2) of the impugned judgment dated 09/07/2012.
