Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties as well as the parties and the following order is passed by consent : i.

The impugned Order is already implemented to the extent of reinstating the Respondent in the employment of the Petitioner. ii.

In full and final settlement of the claim of the Respondent towards back wages as ordered in the impugned Order, the Petitioner undertakes to pay and the Respondent agrees to accept an amount of Rs.2 Lacs to the Respondent in four equal installments of Rs.50,000/- each along with the salary of the Respondent starting from December-2017. The fourth installment shall be paid along with salary of the

iii.

The Respondent undertakes that upon receipt of the said amount of Rs.2 Lacs, he shall have no claim against the Petitioner with regard to the impugned Order. The undertakings are accepted.

The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. v.

Liberty to apply.
