1.

The only grievance raised before us is that the pending appeal before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Khed (Rajguru Nagar), Pune remains undecided. Even an application seeking condonation of delay therein in filing the same has not been decided. 2.

In these dismal state of affairs we called for some details from the Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Khed/Rajguru Nagar Sub-Division and we are aghast to know that from 2011, this SDO keeps on his file even delay condonation applications pending. The petitioner before us has filed a appeal but beyond time and N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

904-wp-6054-2018 sought condonation of delay that is in the year 2016. 3.

We would highly appreciate if the Sub-Divisional Officer now sets down a time table and disposes of at least pending delay condonation applications by listing them periodically and reserving at least 2 days in a week for disposal of these applications. He can take alternate weeks and dispose of some old matters finally and some pending delay condonation applications. We expect him to decide the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible, but certainly not out of turn. Let him dispose of the same within a period of three months from today.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. (SMT.BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.) (S.C. DHARMADHIKARI,J.) N.S. Kamble page 2 of 2
