The Consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

2/2 16 sa 111-22.doc The appellant no.1, 2 and respondent no.1 are present in the Court and their identity is established through their original Aadhar Card by the Sheristedar. The photo copy of the Aadhar Card are also placed on record along with the consent terms, which are accompanied with the original MOU entered into between the parties.

The consent terms record that an MOU is arrived between the parties on 15/3/2022 where respondent no.1 has agreed to accept the amount of Rs.8 lakhs towards her share in the suit property, out of which Rs.One lakh is already paid. As far as remaining amount of Rs.7 lakhs is concerned, the payment shall be made on or before 15/10/2022, upon which the respondent no.1 shall return to the appellant no.1 the cheque which is given by way of security.

Necessarily, the terms are recorded in clauses (a), (b) and (c) of the consent terms.

It is recorded that the dispute is resolved amongst the parties amicably.

In view of the disposal of Second Appeal, Interim Application No.669/2022 do not survive and is disposed off. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
