Heard learned counsel Mr.Rishi Bhuta for the Applicant, learned counsel Mr. Venegavkar for the CBI and learned additional public prosecutor Mr. Konde-Deshmukh for the State.

The applicant was permitted to travel abroad for a period of six months by order of this court dated 12th August,2014 in criminal application no. 795 of 2014. He wants extension of time for traveling abroad. The applicant is Indian citizen and is a businessman. There is no apprehension of his fleeing way from the trial.
