In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned APP, on instructions, the learned counsel for the applicant does not press this application and seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file an

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that if an application seeking modification of the condition of bail is filed, after filing of the charge sheet, the same shall be decided by the learned Judge, on its own merits, uninfluenced by the earlier order dated 11th January, 2018, as well as withdrawal of this application.
