This Civil Application is taken out for dispensing with printing of the paper-book and permission to the applicants to file private paper-book. The second prayer is for expeditious hearing of the First Appeal.

Mr. Gokhale, the learned advocate for the applicants states that the paper-book has already been received from the trial court. In that circumstance, the printing is dispensed with and no directions as regards filing of private paper-book need be given. As regards the prayer for expeditious hearing, since the First Appeal is of the year 2012
