Heard counsel. Considering the matter on suggestion made by the court, Mr. Ajikumar had no objection if the delay be condoned and the matter be sent back to DRT with directions to dispose the application of petitioner on merits after considering contentions and objections of Respondent - Bank.

Accordingly, the impugned order dated 10th November 2017 is hereby quashed and set aside. The matter is remanded to DRT to consider the Securitization Application on merits. All rights and contentions are kept open including respondent's contentions on the maintainability of Section 17 application.
