The application will have to be argued again. He seeks direction to the Court concerned to decide the application on its own merits within reasonable time.

In view of the above, the Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to decide the application on its own merits after affording opportunity of hearing to parties concerned, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this Order.
