By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 1 year and 50days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 25.08.2011 passed by the Commissioner, Workman Compensation Tribunal, Kolhapur in W.C. Application No.

53/C-21/2004.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order is passed:
