If the Petitioners, herein, also approach before Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and makes a written application for their dues, their payments will also be made forthwith. 2] In view of the statement made at bar by learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw these Writ Petitions with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in respect of their relief for reinstatement and other relief that may be available under the law without, prejudice to the rights of the Petitioners. The Petitioners would accept the payments without prejudice to their rights to the reinstatement. 3] Accordingly, Writ Petitions are disposed of with liberty as sought.
