The relief sought in the Interim Application is to grant extension of time for a period of four weeks to conclude the hearing and pass final order on the application dated 25th February 2021 filed under section 25-O(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

This Court by order dated 15th December 2021 passed in Writ Petition No.6133 of 2021 requested Hon'ble Minister to decide said

However, the final order, after giving hearing has been passed on 16th March 2022. Therefore, no orders are required to be passed in this Interim Application. Interim Application is disposed of.
